Garlic & Onion Lover's Chicken Salad

This fresh Chicken Salad is our family's favorite, and if you enjoy the pungent flavors of onion and garlic - then it's perfect for you too!

I am one of those people that love chicken salad, maybe a bit too much. Not the salads that are full of greenery {not that those are bad, just not what I'm talking about here!}, I'm talking the ones that have a big ol' gob of mayonnaise added to them. There is recipe after recipe out there for the perfect chicken salad, and I've tried a lot of them. A lot of them. Then for a little while I said screw the recipes and just started throwing ingredients together - which turned out good but the results were always different. Finally, I decided to get my shit together and create a chicken salad that my family would do back-flips over - and that I could recreate time and time again. This Garlic & Onion Lover's Chicken Salad is one to put in the books folks, it's spiciness and tanginess are a joy on the taste-buds and a hit with our crazy family!

Garlic & Onion Lover's Chicken Salad
1lb chopped chicken {I use smaller chunks of chopped chicken}
3 oz red onion
4oz chopped celery
½oz chopped garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon dry dill
¼ oz lemon juice
8oz mayonnaise
1. Add all ingredients into large bowl and mix well until all ingredients are combined with one another. Chill for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
