Whether it be for an every day dinner or a game day get-together, I love to make homemade food. Yeah, it would be easier to order a couple pizzas or pick up some deli trays from the supermarket - but where is the fun in that? This past weekend we had some friends and family over for game day and I decided to whip up something delicious, hand-held and fitting for a bunch of football fans - Tavern Style Pot Roast Sliders. These were seriously phenomenal. Melted Muenster cheese, juicy pot roast, crisp fried onions, spicy pepperoncinis and a garlic mayo spread - all sandwiched into a soft egg dinner roll. These sliders are flavorful, easy to make and were a hit with everyone in attendance.
